The professional skill required to successfully process escrow transactions requires an in depth technical understanding of the escrow process by the persons employed in that capacity. Fortune Escrow is solely in the business of processing and closing escrows, therefore our attention to our transactions is neither diverted or diluted by the additional demands of initiating loans, selling real estate or issuing title insurance, as are many of the newly popular "one-stop shopping" companies for whom acting as escrow holder is only an ancillary part of their business, sometimes to the detriment of the consumer.
